ISLAND HOUSE OWNERS - Any owner doing any major renovations to their unit must have plans and drawings before the Board for approval no later than September 12, 2010 There will be no exceptions made.

Elevator Replacement Information

The Island House is preparing to received bids on the replacement of both elevators.

This will take place beginning in October.  The Owners would like to form a committee headed

by the Board President, Alan Abeshaus.  This Committee is to insure a smooth transition while the

elevators are being replaced.   If anyone is interested in this Committee, please see Liz in the Condo

Office. 

We are looking for Owners to form a Committee to insure proper procedures with Contractors, Vendors and Guests are within guidlines for the coming Fall and Winter when the Elevators will be running on (1) during those months. Please see Liz in the Condo Office for more information.

Pool Rules

New pool rules have been posted in the pool area. In order to have a safe season, we appreciate everyone's compliance to include your guests to these simple rules and the instructions of our lifeguards. The following are the new rules:

• Do not smoke in the pool area.
• Do not eat in the pool area.
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool.
• Lounge chairs may not be reserved.
• Obey all of the lifeguard's instructions.
• Think safety first in the pool area.
• Swim at your own risk.
