No deliveries are permitted in the summer on Fridays.   Any delivery must go through the Condo Office and sufficient notice given to the Office in order to pad the elevators.

There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday any time during the year.

Any Resident/Owner is required to replace their hot water at (10) years.  This year our Maintenance Department will be checking hot water heaters against codes to determine the age.   You will receive a letter from the Association if your hot water heater is at that age. 

Any Owner looking to do work in their units this coming fall, must present plans to the Board for Approval.  These plans must be from your Contractor or Architect.

New pool rules have been posted in the pool area. In order to have a safe season, we appreciate everyone's compliance to include your guests to these simple rules and the instructions of our lifeguards. The following are the new rules:

• Do not smoke in the pool area.
• Do not eat in the pool area.
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children in diapers are not allowed in the pool.
• Lounge chairs may not be reserved.
• Obey all of the lifeguard's instructions.
• Think safety first in the pool area.
• Swim at your own risk.
